Pedro Gilberto Fuentes Hinojosa
He learned how to put his skills to good use. Because of this education, he gained more experience and became more interested in hospitality and architecture. He designed restaurants, like La Antigua in Interlomas. Because of this, Pedro Fuentes has built a lot of homes and buildings as well. With a small group of engineers and architects, Pedro Fuentes began to design Fuentes de las Lomas in great detail.
This was one of the most important projects for Fuentes de las Lomas. Pedro wanted to build a new home because things couldn't keep going the same, so he wanted to break out of the old Fractionation building molds. He was born this way. It has become a world-wide symbol because it has a central park of about 80 thousand square meters and a lake of about 10 thousand square meters, with an island and some of the most beautiful waterfalls.
Now, Mexico City has a lot of different kinds of buildings, like business and residential areas that are very popular. However, Pedro's idea makes Fuentes de las Lomas different from other buildings. When Pedro Fuentes worked on this project, he once again had an avant-garde spirit. His goal was to use a new style of architecture instead of the usual styles that you would see in Mexico City.
